Here is the information about Flatbrook Farms CSA (community supported agriculture) that Brian and Amy Naftal talked about at the Tu B'Shevat dinner a few weeks ago. Tikkun Olam!

Dear Friends,

I wanted to reach out to you about an opportunity to join my family's local Madison CSA.
I'm not sure if you are aware, but my family owns and operates a farm in Sandyston, New Jersey. In addition to grass-fed beef, pasture-raised chickens and eggs, woodlot pork, and Thanksgiving turkeys to order, we have a non-GMO, spray free vegetable farm. Three years ago, two young farmers named Bill and Steve began working an acre and a half, and now we are proud to offer a CSA out of Madison. Our vegetables are grown with the same attention to quality and organic principles as our animals.

Dates: TUESDAYS, May 30-Nov. 14th, 2-6 PM, Madison pickup location

Cost: $625 - works out to $25 per week for 25 weeks, which is a great deal for non-GMO, spray free produce that is hand-harvested and packaged up for you to conveniently grab on pickup day. We are price competitive with local CSA's and farmer's markets.

-Flexibility around vacations (no need to "donate" your share or arrange for pickup when you are away)
-Access to our sustainably raised beef, pork, chicken and eggs each week
-Half shares (by request)
-Convenient Madison pickup
-Prepackaged to make it quick and easy for you
-Opportunities to meet your farmers

We hope you will support our local, sustainable, non-GMO small farm by purchasing a share in our 2017 CSA.
