Nancy's Rugelach

Ingredients

Dough

2 C. butter
4 C. flour - sift 3x
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 C. sour cream

Filling

2 Cups sugar
1 1/2 Cups finely chopped walnuts
2 Tablespoons cinnamon

Instructions

Mix all of the dough ingredients together.

Divide into 7 sections. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.

Divide dough and roll out like a pie crust, dusting with flour to prevent from sticking. (Dough should be thin).

Sprinkle generously with filling. Cut into about 14 sections and roll each toward the center.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 18 minutes.
